He holds no preconceptions about what he is and tells his victims right off. He is a rouge and a romantic. Normally he can be found wondering the streets in his trademark silk shirt, loose black slacks, and long black cape that covers the three swords on his back. Angarr know's he is hunted, but refuses to bite and turn mortals. Instead he prefers to slice them in half with any one of his three blades.
