AFFILIATION. Vampire (althoughn he has amnesia and is delusional, so he doesn't know himself, and considers himself to be human.)
AGE. Unknown
DESCRIPTION. Wizened, twisted, gnarled old man, very very deformed features, unsociable, irascible, covered in lumps, bumps, and warts.

INFORMATION. Job hides out in Chicago sewers, where he has built a veritable stronghold over the years-he has no memory of life before the sewers, but he has considerable electronics and technical knowledge. He has constructed a huge video "wall" of pilfered screens and monitors, which he has connected into the surveilance systems, etc., which monitor the entire city. From here, he can see anywhere that there is a camera or other like device, hear wherever there is a microphone, and speak wherever there is a speaker. He is extremely paranoid-he doesn't even know he is a vampire, having mental block/delusions that make him forget that he has fed upon humans.
